What is the return policy?
After you have received your vehicle, you will have 4 days or 200 miles whichever comes first. If you want to return your vehicle please contact us.
How does the warranty work?
We have partnering mechanic shops that we work with who will service your accounts. Upon the sale we will provide you with that information
How long does it take?
After completion of the deal you should receive your vehicle within 5 – 10 business days.
How do I receive the vehicle?
Approximately 1-2 days from receiving the vehicle you will receive a call from the transporter where you will be able to arrange a time. If the transporter cannot get a hold of you they will drop the vehicle off at your service mechanic shop.
How will I Receive the License Plate?
The DMV in Nevada and California do not accept e signatures. After the sale we will mail you paperwork to get your vehicle registered that you will need to sign. Upon arrival you MUST complete this within (4) business days.
